If you encounter any concerning interactions on Special Spaces’s YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter accounts, please bring it to our attention.
We expect all commenters to be mindful of the impact their words can have and to take responsibility for their statements. Special Spaces welcomes feedback from our audience, however it is key to differentiate between comments that contribute positively and provide relevant arguments, and those that are harmful, offensive, or resemble personal attacks. Should we determine that a comment does not align with the spirit of our policy, we reserve the right to remove it. This also applies to comments that are slanderous, defamatory, potentially libellous, or in violation of copyright laws. Our Community Manager will endeavour to timeously identify and remove anything offensive but if you believe there are comments of concerns, please email community@specialspaces.co.za with a link to the post where the offending comments can be found.
